Awesome. Better than expected

Not in love with these

While these appear to be well made and were packaged well, there are several design and usability issues that prevent me from recommending them.

Because the LED emitters and lenses are directly visible to the driver, these are virtually unusable while driving at night. I included a photo from the driver’s perspective to show what I mean. Even the red illumination is extremely distracting and can be blinding, as it’s similar to looking directly at an LED light source. Had the LEDs been recessed further so the emitters themselves weren’t visible to the driver or passenger, this would likely be a non-issue.

There are also a few usability quirks. The LEDs exhibit a slight but noticeable flicker at idle RPM, especially when starting the truck. Very often the buttons do not always switch to red on the first press. I have to press the button twice before the color will change.

I would have reinstalled my previous VLED retrofit, but removing these required bending the factory reflectors, making reinstallation impractical.

Overall, while the build quality appears good, the glare, flickering, and inconsistent button operation are significant drawbacks. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

Looks great

Bought for 2008 sequoia

I bought these for my 2008 sequoia limited and they work perfectly. My rig does have the sunroof and can 100%verify fitment is the same as the 14-21 tundra. The hardest part of the install was pulling my halogen bulbs out of the sockets

Easy install with dual lighting, especially the red to not blow out your night vision. Now waiting for the dome light to come back in stock so it’ll be complete.

One of the most useful interior improvements for the Tundra is lighting. Introducing the all new Dual Color Ultimate Map Lights. We have had great success with the Tacoma models, so now it's time for a Tundra version. The Ultimate Map Lights are more than just a "led replacement". They are complete panels that take the place of the original clear lens. By using this design, we can fit a large array of LEDs for maximum output. The light will function just like factory (push on/off). However, now there is an additional button which will change the color from white to red. 100% Plug and play. Final production color will be a TAN bezel to match overhead console surround.

All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail only. Any orders over 15.99 oz must be upgraded to Priority Mail and may be subject to additional charges.

Shipments that have lost tracking will need to be investigated with USPS first before reaching out to us. We will make our best effort to find any lost mail items. Generally items that have not received shipping updates for several days are either truly lost or have issues with the shipping barcode on the label. Many items will be delivered later than expected as they fall back on the address written on the label instead of the barcode scanned by the system.
